Introduction

Angela Hennessey FCA FCIArb founded her specialist share valuation consultancy in 2002 having practised in this area for over 15 years. In 2007 she joined forces with leading firm of actuaries and consultants Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (“LCP”) and became a member of that firm. LCP already had a substantial share option valuation practice and Angela is now developing that business area within the firm and her own specialist niche work of share and business valuation. Her practice area now focuses exclusively on:

The valuation of businesses, shares and unquoted companies
The valuation of options. These options may be over shares in quoted or unquoted companies or over other assets
The valuation of employee share options for the purposes of agreeing values with HMRC
The valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets for financial reporting purposes (including purchase price allocations), fixing transfer prices or advisory purposes
